Lone Star Coatings uses an advanced high phosphorous Electroless Nickel Plating process which gives excellent anti-corrosion protection and can be hardened to 1000Hv.
Xylan is a PTFE based spray coating system available in a range of colours and grades, of which most offer different solutions for different applications.
Lone Star's Manganese Phosphating process (or usually known as just 'Phosphating') has been specifically designed to combine and retain lubricant.
Molybdenum Disulphide (also known as 'Molykote') is mainly applied when dry lubrication is required i.e. where the use of oil and/or grease is not desirable.
Our Epoxy paint systems provides a multi coat, anti corrosion paint coating, which along with our other protective surface coatings and in conjunction with our other surface treatments and finishes, gives our customers a "one stop shop" for all their coating needs
