Manganese Phosphating

Lone Star's Manganese Phosphating process (or usually known as just 'Phosphating') has been specifically designed to combine and retain lubricant. Used predominately as a pre-treatment to Xylan, Phosphating prior to Xylan coating, specifically on low alloy steels, further reduces the risk of corrosion and increases lubrication properties
